MBL Sales warrants every single product to be free of defects in both material and workmanship.  MBL Sales warrants its products to perform in equivalent manner to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products.  All OEM products are covered by their respective warranties. 

We adhere to a product evaluation and warranty program which regulates our discretion to replace a product if any component is found to be defective per the MBL Sales’ Return policy.

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular program. 

MBL Sales’ product warranty is in effect until toner is depleted or one year from date of purchase.

 

Warranty

  1. MBL Sales warrants each product to be free of defect in both material and workmanship.
  2. MBL Sales warrants its product in an equivalent manner to Original Equipment Manufacturer product  under the following conditions:
    • The laser  printer/copier must be properly maintained according to the manufacturer’s  recommendation.
    • Environmental  conditions must be within the manufacturer’s specifications.
    • Use of the laser printer/copier must not exceed the manufacturer’s recommended volume. 
  3. MBL Sales assumes no responsibility for poor print quality caused by machine operating conditions not related to our product or its included parts.
  4. MBL Sales, at its  discretion, will replace the product if any component is found to be defective per MBL Sales Return Policy.
  5. MBL Sales assumes no responsibility for print defects caused by improper handling of our products or  its parts. 
  6. MBL Sales’ product evaluation and warranty program will be adhered to.
  7. MBL Sales’ liability herein shall be limited to replacement provided above.  This warranty is  exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including  warranties of merchandise and fitness for a particular program. 
  8. MBL Sales’ Product Condition warranty is in effect until all toner is depleted.
