Introduction
The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill has been announced which will automatically repeal any piece of retained EU law on 31 December 2023 unless specific legislation is introduced to retain it.
The Bill is likely to result in the biggest changes to employment law seen in several decades, potentially setting fire to European driven employment law protections including TUPE, the Working Time Regulations, part time worker protections to name a few.
Presented by employment expert Kate Shepherd, this new virtual classroom seminar will explore all aspects of this Bill and the implications for employment lawyers and HR professions during what is expected to be a chaotic 15 months ahead.
