Introduction
In R(BG and KG) v Suffolk CC the Court of Appeal considered what ‘care and support’ means, and what direct payments given to those with care and support needs can be used for.
This webinar will consider the impact of that case, and implications for charging and for the calculation of disability related expenditure where services are provided to adults.
