Introduction
Organisations in all industries are transforming themselves through digital technologies. Relationships with third party technology companies are central to enabling the transformation strategy. Lawyers and other advisors are often the ‘glue’ in the project team - identifying and mitigating risk, leading contract negotiations and helping enable sensible project delivery.
This virtual classroom seminar will look at the key legal and contractual issues arise when contracting out for digital transformation and how lawyers and advisors can add value at each stage. It will use practical case studies to bring these issues to life, including an agile development deal, an AI and data exploitation collaboration and a complex systems integration.
