This virtual classroom seminar will provide a concise update of the law surrounding criminal damage for those already familiar with the offence.

It will explore the typical problems that advocates may encounter as well as the new offence of damaging a memorial.

This session will also include an examination of the Court of Appeal’s review of the Colston case.
