Introduction

There have been a number of cases reported recently, relating to transgender status. Transgender status has also been in the news a lot, with concerns being raised about the way that people who are transitioning are treated.

This webinar will provide employers with a solid understanding of what transgender status means and will offer guidance on how to ensure that employees are treated fairly, and that no discrimination takes place.
