Introduction

Fact findings in non-accidental injury cases are complex on many levels.

Early evaluation of cases to ensure that the right experts are identified and appointed is a core skill for practitioners in this field. This course will provide particular focus on the selection, instruction and, where necessary, subsequent challenge of expert medical evidence.
