Many employers are still unsure of the holiday pay and leave rules.
Although the Government is trying very hard to produce guidance that will help employers, still too many find what is available confusing. There have been numerous employment cases such as Bear Scotland v Fulton being a fairly recent case going all the way back to one of the first publicly known cases of Stringer and Others v HMRC.
This webinar will provide the facts around the different cases and examples on how to calculate and what should be included in the calculation.
