Course Outline
Introduction
This virtual classroom seminar will review the upcoming implementation of the Renters’ Reform Bill.
We will discuss the terms of the Bill, which include the introduction of lifetime deposits and the abolition of section 21 notices, and what it means for the private rented sector and how landlords will be able to obtain possession of their rented properties in light of this new proposed legislation.
Whilst there is no confirmed date for implementation yet, this live session will provide the opportunity for delegates to consider and discuss the potential changes.
