Introduction
In March 2021 the Information Commissioner, Elizabeth Denham, said the following:
‘The internet was not designed for children, but we know the benefits of children going online. We have protections and rules for kids in the offline world - but they haven’t been translated to the online world. In the UK, our answer in part is the Age Appropriate Design Code.’
This virtual classroom seminar will discuss how businesses should manage children’s personal data.
