Introduction
Wales is increasingly a different jurisdiction from England for housing matters.
This live broadcast session will look at the law in Wales for residential tenancies and explore the differences, whilst also providing the latest update.
The session will take a look at the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 which is in effect from July 2022. This will represent a massive change in residential tenancy law in Wales and most existing tenants and licensees will see their tenancy or licence converted in July into the new system.
