Introduction
During the COVID-19 crisis, rates of housing-relating anti-social behaviour and domestic violence have sky-rocketed.
For many residential landlords, there will be serious tenancy management issues that still require resolution or remedy and simply can’t wait until the crisis is over. Whilst possession orders are currently unavailable, seeking an injunction might be the only option. Even once the crisis subsides these injunctions are a valuable tool for tackling ASB and tenancy management issues.
Part 1 of the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014 entitles certain bodies to obtain injunctions if statutory criteria are satisfied.
This live broadcast session is designed to set out the law and provide practical guidance on successfully applying for these injunctions.
What You Will Learn

- What is an ASB injunction?
